- Description:
Mastodynon has dopaminometic action. It depresses the function of hypophysis prolactin, normalizes gonadotropin-releasing hormone function and hyperphysical gonadotropin.
The drug disposes hyposecretion of luteinizing principle that eliminates barrenness. Prolactin reduction has an influence upon the involution of pathologic process in mammary glands (proliferation of connective tissue, mammary duct ectasia and others), including fibrous mastopathy.
- Indication:
Hyperprolactinemia, yellow body hypofunction (dysmenorrheal, barrenness), premenstrual syndrome (mental instability, constipations, swells, headaches, mastalgia), fibrous and ganglial mastopathy.
- Method of application:
30 drops 2 times daily (in the morning and in the evening) at least for 3 months without interruption during menstruation. Improvement comes after 6 months treatment.
