Vardenafil is the active ingredient of Levitra tablets. Levitra oppresses phosphodiesterase. Inhibiting the action of phosphodiesterase, cyclic GMP stops the breakdown. Cyclic GMP raises blood flow to penis and relaxes blood muscles. It helps penis to erect and be rigid.

Adolescents or children under 18 years of age, women, elderly people; allergic to Vardenafil, severely liver or/and kidney insufficiency, stomach disease such as peptic ulcer, heart disorders (unstable angina, heart failure), low blood pressure, hereditary degeneration of the back of the eyeball (retina), such as retinitis pigmentosa. You should not use Levitra if you have galactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency or glucose-galactose malabsorption. Do not use the drug if you have recently had a heart attack or have a stroke.

Erectile dysfunction in men, when the erection is not enough for satisfactory coitus.

You should not use Levitra if you are taking drugs called “poppers” (e.g. amyl nitrate, butyl nitrate) or nitrate medications (e.g. glyceryl trinitrate, antiarrhythmics).

Use not more then once a day. Take Levitra on an empty stomach with grapefruit juice. If your erection continues longer than 4 hours, consult your physician. It is not recommend operating machinery because Levitra can cause dizziness and visual disturbances.

Consult your doctor prior to taking Levitra if you have kidney disorders, liver disorders, diseases of the heart and blood vessels, aortic stenosis – narrowing of the aorta, stomach disease such as peptic ulcer, physical abnormality of the penis, such as severe curvature, scarring or Peyronie's disease, bone cancer or leukemia in which there is an increased risk of prolonged erections (priapism) and if you experience bleeding disorders, (hemophilia).

Headache, dizziness, chest pain or an irregular heartbeats, nausea or angina, fainting, swelling of the ankles or legs, shortness of breath, pain in back, flushing, stomach disturbances, painful and long erection, sensitivity of the eyes to light, vision disorders, nasal congestion, an allergic reaction such as : breathing disorders, closing of the throat, swelling of the lips, tongue, or face, or hives.
